Research On The Educational Practice Of The Mass Line In The Basic Level Party

It is an important progress for the Eighteen Deployment to carry out the Party's mass line educational practice,which is a major decision under the new situation to conform to the masses' expectations and insist the party manage itself strictly.It has a very significant and far-reaching significance for the majority of party members to establish a sense of purpose and the Marxist view of the masses,improve their work style,win the trust and support of the people,consolidate the party's base and improve the ability to serve the masses.This paper,based on the example of the county Q in Shanxi Province,discussed in detail the conducting practice of the Party's mass line educational practice and gave an in-depth analysis of the results and the main problems of the Party's mass line educational practice.In the end it proposed the work plan of the Party's mass line under the new situation.The introduction part described the background and significance of the research,and sorted out the research results from home and abroad.Currently,many problems arise between the party cadre because their not so strong sense of purpose and the masses,and "the four winds" issue.Under this context,the Central Party carried out the Party's mass line educational practice from top to down batchly,but in order to avoid activities "gust of wind","skimming" phenomenon,the paper explored the work plan to consolidate and expand educational practice outcomes by showing the active process in County Q,affirming the campaign performance,analyzing the existing problems,which provide a reference for the better progress of the Mass Line under the new situation.The first chapter comprehensively analyzed the background and significance of the Party's mass line educational practice.By reviewing and summarizing the practices and experiences of the New Party's previous educational activities,it pointed out it's a necessary requirement to timely carry out the Party's mass line educational practice for the party to adapt to the new situation and tasks,adhere to the party discipline,resolve outstanding problems within the party and consolidate the party's ruling foundation.The second chapter,based on the example of County Q,discussed in detail the process of the Party's mass line educational practice from the preparation phase,implementation phase and the consolidation phase which visually demonstrate the features of the mass line educational practice.The third chapter,by an analysis of the example in County Q,fully affirmed the effectiveness of the Party's mass line educational practice for improving the relationship between the party and the mass,enhancing the work style and clarifying the objectives.Some phenomenon appeared through the activities such as "small number of Party cadres think they don't have to go on with the mass line,some Party cadres do not want to,can not or will not follow the mass line ",and pointed out problems like " thinking and understanding is not deep,"" the masses work methods is obsolete","lack of long-term mechanism for Party's mass work ".All the issues provided a guideline to consolidate and expand the party's mass line in the fourth part.The fourth chapter initiated all the Party cadres to adapt to the new changes in mass work in the new situation,always consider the satisfaction of the masses as the mass work's standards by building a scientific and rational channels of communication between the party cadres,and continuously improve and innovate Mass Work ways.Later,the paper proposed the establishment of a long-term mechanism,like mechanism of monitoring and participation,the mechanism of the party cadres serving the mass,which consolidate and expand the results of the party's mass line educational practice.The conclusion presented research perspective,and summarized this paper.
