Discussion On The Connection Between Administrative Law Enforcement And Criminal Justice In Traffic Accident

Throughout the whole development of social traffic trends,seems to have become urban road car jams every city insurmountable problem,and the number of cars on the road increases,the inevitable consequence is caused by the number of traffic accidents also increased year by year,our country every minute there will be a person in a traffic accident for disabled.Traffic after the accident,not only involves the public security organs after the intervention of administration according to law,also involves the public security organ after the intervention to take criminal sanctions in accordance with the problem,not only exists between cross,even conflict.How to exercise the administrative power according to law,in traffic accident cases and cases of traffic accidents may be involved in a criminal offence sanctions,become the administrative law enforcement and criminal justice is the important subject how to join.Is what this article discusses,in the traffic accident happens,there may be a crime and is not a crime,administrative law enforcement and criminal justice appropriate cohesion.This paper first introduces the traffic accident in bridging the meaning of the administrative law enforcement and criminal justice and law,explains the functions of administrative law enforcement and criminal justice in the traffic accident function and the relationship between the two,the concept of traffic accident fieldexistence "the reduced its cohesion" field and form many cross and conflict and its performance.Secondly analyzes the traffic accident "reduced" the specific legal provisions and cohesion of the status quo,and prevented the traffic accident is analyzed from the cause factors of administrative law enforcement and criminal justice smooth cohesion.Finally,on the basis of above,the author proposed some methods to solve the cohesive mechanism of specific work and ideas.
