Study On The Copyright Problems Of 3D Printing

3D printing is a Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing,it is based on the 3D data model as a prototype,through the layer by layer stacking the way the 3D data model is transformed into a real object.3D printing with a short development cycle,low production costs and can be customized,personalized production and other advantages,by the Economist magazine that is a key factor in the third industrial revolution.The emergence of 3D printing for all walks of life has brought new opportunities for development,a new growth point of economic development,and even to the human production and way of life to bring a complete revolution.But 3D printing in the change of disruptive social production at the same time,because of its own download convenient,easy to copy,modify the simple technical characteristics for the social public abuse,may have a strong impact on the original copyright system.This paper introduces the technical features,development status and trend of3 D printing,aided by the in-depth analysis of the legal relationship of copyright,and learn from foreign experience and practice,and actively respond to the problems caused by the adjustment suggestion for 3D printing copyright,to solve the dispute in the future 3D printing through the existing copyright law and the interpretation of the rules the application of the experience with the existing case,let the private interests and public interests in order to protect the copyright law to balance the cornerstone of stability,to balance personal and public interests,perfecting the existing copyright system,promote 3D printed on future production and life are more and more widely used.
