With the further development of reform and opening up, the contribution of community construction in the process of urbanization is more and more outstanding, and as the backbone of community building——the construction of community cadres is also getting more and more attention. However at present, to community cadres as the research object to study the relationship between organizational justice and contextual performance literature is relatively deficient.And compared with foreign countries,due to the influence of interpersonal relationship and leadership on the special group of community cadres in the context of Chinese culture,therefore, this study is based on leadership justice?procedural justice?distributive justice?informational justice for organizational justice dimension and work dedication?interpersonal promotion?self development for contextual performance dimension to make corresponding research model,and the use of SPSS20 software,statistical analysis was conducted to verify the relationship between organizational justice and contextual performance, such as descriptive statistics analysis?difference statistics analysis?correlation statistics analysis and regression statistics analysis,finally, according to the results of empirical research to find ways to improve the performance of community cadres, and put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part mainly expounds the research background, research purpose and significance, domestic and foreign research review, research content and research methods, research ideas and technology roadmap, the main innovation and characteristics of this study.The second part defines and summarizes the relevant theoretical basis. First of community leaders, organizational justice, job performance and contextual performance and other related concepts are defined; then combing the organizational justice, contextual performance, human resources incentive related theoretical basis.The third part is based on the second part, the theoretical framework and hypotheses of this study are put forward.The fourth part on the basis of the first two parts design for Shaowu City Community Cadre Organization Justice and contextual performance measurement index, and points out that the study of organizational justice by four dimension model (leadership justice, informational justice, procedural justice and distributive justice),contextual performance by three dimension model (work dedication> interpersonal promotion and self development).Through the methods of questionnaire survey, face-to-face interview and data statistics analysis, the formation of community cadres in Shaowu City, the organization of fair measurement and related performance scale.And using SPSS20 software according to the sample data to carry on the descriptive statistics analysis, the difference statistical analysis, the correlation statistical analysis and the regression analysis,finally, it is found that the relationship between organizational justice and contextual performance is significant.Among them, the most significant correlation between leadership justice and contextual performance, and the most significant correlation between work dedication and organizational justice; Procedural justice and leadership justice of organizational justice have a significant effect on contextual perfonnance,but distributive justice? informational justice?age?educational background?length of service and position have less significant effect on contextual performance.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve contextual performance of community cadres,that is to improve the humanistic care in the community work, improve the education and training system of community cadres, improve the performance evaluation mechanism of community cadres, innovative community cadres promotion and incentives.The sixth part summarizes the results of empirical research, and points out the shortcomings and prospects of the research.
