Research On Community Informatization Construction In Wuhu City

The community is the basis of urban development.The constuction of community information is the microcosm of the city informatization construction.Strengthening the building of community informatization can effectively improve the level of government management,government service,and make the community feel more satisfied.So,actively advancing the constuction of community informatization is the inevitable choice of city development.All cities are continuously exploring and practicing that how to use all kinds of information resources and massive data reasonably and relying on modern information technology platform to create a Intelligent Community.Wuhu commenced on developing community informatization from 2007,has developed rapidly with great value on the part of leaders and close cooperation between government departments.The main achievements are as follows:Government pays more attention to the constuction of community informatization,and increases investment gradually.The relation between government,community managers,civilian and informatization is more and more close.It has achieved objectives from website building to One-step Management Services,which help to shape particular Wuhu mode.The study stood in government service and management,by using new public management theory and other theories analysis and case study,summarized the achievement of the constuction of community informatization about WuHu,then review the problems of Wuhu and and discussed on how to solve this problems by field investigation.This paper creatively proposes the construction of community clouds in Wuhu,hope that the research can provide some new ideas for the construction of community informatization in Wuhu.
