After the brief introduction of electronic evidence, to understand the concept, categories and characteristics of electronic evidence; electronic evidence of inside and outside the region compared to understand the present situation of the research and legislation of electronic evidence in the world and in China; the analysis of the characteristics and problems of electronic evidence in criminal proceedings in all aspects of the work, the method for obtaining, fixation, preservation, examination and certification of electronic evidence; finally must solve the method of electronic evidence forensics procedures and norms perfect electronic evidence rules of this in the form of legislation to the standard. In this paper, the standardization of the procedures and rules are the focus, the author believes that today's China in the field of electronic evidence forensics is not without standards, but too much. Uniform and standardized electronic evidence collection procedure and standard rules are needed urgently in our country.
