The Study On The Willingness Of Public Participation In Local Government Performance Evaluation

Study on the public participation in local government performance evaluation is concerned in public management,but the lack of public participation is a problem. Analyze the status of public participation willingness from the public participation in local government performance evaluation willingness(or public participation willingness),based on fieldwork data in 2015.Explore the influence factors of public participation willingness by multiple regression analysis.This is what the study found:low public participation willingness are shown in local government performance evaluation, and the preference of public participation mode with the lactual development is not equal.Then ability of public participation, participation efficiency and government governance ability to public participation willingness has significant positive impact. Government self-evaluation transparency to it has a negative impact.Finally, offer countermeasure and suggestion:pay attention to the promotion of civic spirit and participation ability.Rom the importance of public spirit cultivation and ability to improve, enhance the governance capacity of local government and improvethe system of local government performance evaluation.
