The Countermeasures And The Study On Belief Weakening Of The Rural Communist Party Members

There is an internal connection between the social development and the personal belief. At present, so many problems and contradictions in society exist because of the transformation of the society recently. To a certain extent, the Marxist faith of some party members in rural, which was facing a big challenge, has been weakened. Therefore, under a new situation, it is very important to strengthen the ideal of communism and to firm the Marxist faith for the party members, which is not only improving the role of the party members, but also guaranteeing the fundamental of the communist party in rural, the construction of new countryside and the realization of the " Chinese Dream".In this paper, the author focuses on tracking the personal belief of party members in Weinan Linwei district, with the interviews and questionnaire survey. From the results of the survey, on the one hand, it shows that the faith from party members is positive and affirmative, which means that the Marxist faith is in a dominant position. On the other hand, the faith of some party members has been weakened gradually, which appears some internal and external problems. If the government were not paying more attention to the problems of the faith weakening in rural party members, this problem would spread to the whole party, which will lead to a wicked impact on the development of the communist party. Thus, according to the Marxism belief theory and practice, this paper puts emphasis on analyzing and summarizing the weakening phenomenon in rural communist party members, which is from the essences, features and factors, and giving some policies to solving the weakening problem.This paper is composed of three sections, which are introduction, main body and conclusion. Based on the main body, it includes four parts. Firstly, it displays the contact between the belief and the Marxist belief, for instance, the definition of the belief, the classification and the function. In addition, it includes the connotation and characters of the Marxist belief in first part. In the second part, it describes the performances and features of the belief weakening for the rural communist party members. The third part summarizes the factors of the belief weakening among the rural communist party members. Last but not least, the policies will be presented in the fourth part, it claims that the construction of Marxist belief is mainly from the social economic construction, ideological and theoretical construction, the party organization construction and work style construction. These policies are established for strengthening the Marxist faith of the rural communist party members. In addition, this paper puts forward that enhancing the Marxist belief of rural communist party members is not only improving the theoretical study and the education, but also ensuring the development of economy, culture, system and the party member troop construction, which establishing an effective and long-term mechanism for the construction of Marxist belief of the rural party members.
