Analysis And Design Of Information System Of Community Resident's Self Governance Pattern

With the rapid development of the socialist market economy in our country,a large number of social service,social management,social security function from the government into the community,the community has been at the forefront of social management.In information technology to promote community construction,establish a network platform,information technology for supporting the modernization of community management information system,has become an important means to improve the level of community management and service.At the same time can better solve the traditional way of community office management has the problem of low efficiency,high cost.In this paper,the author studies on community residents autonomy of the management mode is on the new community governance pattern of the original,redefining the owners' committee of the community,community neighborhood committees and property companies and the relationships between the three functions,overcome the power and responsibility is not clear,because of three problems mutual shuffle,benefit for each other,and make the community residents rights and interests is damaged.This paper designed and implemented the management information system is the informatization management of process and the mode of innovation,and to optimize community family planning,housing and special groups such as information collection,feedback,the means of processing,to introduce community every household operation mechanism for the extension of the informationization management,innovation of information collection,statistics,analysis,cooperation and sharing mechanism,realize resources sharing.In this paper,finally realizes the management subsystem of community government affairs management information system of residents' committees.The reception is primarily used as a development language JSP background uses My SQL as a database management system,development environment is MyEclipse,servers using tomcat,developed a Web-based technology,B/S structure of community-government management system.
