Research On The Construction Of The Discourse Of People's Livelihood Of The CPC Since The Reform And Opening Up

People's livelihood had long been a hot topic and is also essential for people's own interests.Since the reform and opening up,remarkable achievements have been made by people under the leadership of the CPC in advancing people's livelihood,a set of discourses which help to further develop the people's livelihood have been formed in accordance with the actual development level of China's people's livelihood.These discourses of people's livelihood give direct expressions to CPC's ideas in the process of pushing forward people's livelihood,which cherish the power to motivate the people,leading them to unite as one under the firm leadership of the CPC and work together to further advance the people's livelihood with China's distinctive features.There are seven parts in this thesis.The first part is the introduction.In this part,to indicate the importance of the discourse of people's livelihood of the CPC since the reform and opening up,its background,theoretical significance and realistic significance will be given.According to the research methods adopted in this thesis and the creative ideas presented in this thesis,some new opinions will be put forward.In addition,former studies and problems will be listed and analyzed,so that help readers to have a better understanding of the theme and layout of this thesis.In the second part,the author will focus on the definitions of the concepts and theoretical basis concerning this thesis.The author will put emphasis on analyzing "discourse" from different perspectives,then put forward the "discourse of people's livelihood" of the CPC,of which the theoretical basis are Marxist Ideological Theory and the socialism discourse theories with Chinese distinctive characteristics.In the third part,the author pays attention to the ideological origins and realistic basis of the construction of the discourse of people's livelihood of the CPC since the reform and opening up.The ideological origins consist of three parts,including Chinese traditional discourse of people's livelihood,discussions on the ideas of people's livelihood of Marxist traditional writers and the inheritance of the discourses of people's livelihood of the first-generation central leading group with Mao Zedong as the core,while the realistic basis are the socialist modernization with Chinese distinctive characteristics since the reform and opening up and the development of discourses competition under the globalization.In the fourth part,the author will clearly present three development periods of the construction of the discourses of people's livelihood of the CPC since the reform and opening up,including the historical turning period,the period when the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way is ongoing,and the period when the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way has been completed.In the fifth part,the characteristics of the discourses of people's livelihood of the CPC since the reform and opening up will be summarized from the perspectives of putting human factor above everything else,keeping pace with the times and focusing on reality.The sixth part creatively analyzes the theoretical value and practicing value in order to explain the connotation of discourse of people's livelihood of the CPC since the reform and opening up.Therefore,the author will point out the major role the discourse of people's livelihood plays in improving China's distinctive socialism discourse system and enhancing the influence of the discourse system so as to enjoy more power of discourse,note that as an official discourse in this period,the discourse of people's livelihood not only inspires and encourages people,but also has an long lasting impact in political and ideological mobilizations,indicate that this period has witnessed a profound transformation in people's recognition from the discourse of people's livelihood to the interests of people's livelihood.Finally,from people's point of view,the author put forward that people not only listen to the discourse of people's livelihood,but also participate and put it into practice.In the seventh part,a generalization of this thesis and an outlook for future researches will be given.
