Research On The Dispute Settlement Modelsregarding Renewable Energy Trades Under The WTO

With the merits of green,recycling and low-carbon,renewable energy trade has become the spotlight in the areas of international trade,where disputes over it are inevitably emerging.And the situation which is unable to efficiently tackle with could be worsened by the fact that there are no specific agreements that regulate the relevant trading in WTO.As the international renewable energy trade goes further,the imperfect system would easily dim world's enthusiasm and does no good to the economy.Based on the above concerns,this research aims to explore patterns that might solve renewable energy trade disputes under the WTO with the help of existing resolution methods and principles.Meanwhile,by combining realities and policies in China with effective models under WTO,this research strives to put up with strategies relevance to renewable energy trade dispute settlements in order to strengthen the renewable energy trading in China.
