| With the development of scientific information technology,the internet is becoming involved in all aspects of our lives.The traditional way of shopping has changed,traditional shopping will be eliminated,online shopping will become a new era of products.Online shopping has the characteristics of convenient,price transparency,information disclosure and so on.Online shopping groups are growing;there are different levels of age,keen on online transactions.People provide personal data,for example,real name,cell phone number,identity document card number,bank card and so on.These data are used as conditions for T-mall,jumei.com and other applications.However,Online shopping mechanism is not perfect,the problem of consumer privacy infringement intensified.At the same time,compared with western developed countries,slowly development of e-commerce in china,there is no legal basis for consumers’ privacy protection,there is no industry self-regulation,administrative supervision and other measures to protect,lead to frequent user privacy data leakage cases.If the operator does not protect,the phenomenon of personal privacy leakage in online shopping will become increasingly serious.This article is separated into three parts:The first part,analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the protection of consumer’s right of privacy in our country from the perspective of the violation of the right of privacy in the network transaction.The second part,By listing the United States,the European Union and Japan in the online transactions in the privacy of the relevant system,the Enlightenment from the relevant system of these countries,to establish a legal system of online shopping consumer privacy protection in our country.The third part,to improve the protection of consumers’ right of privacy in China’s online shopping,and put forward suggestions to protect the privacy of our consumers. |
