On The Problems And Suggestions Of Community Correction System In China

"Humanism" is the trend of the development of the international penalty concept,the concept of our penalty is also trying to move in this direction.As a kind of non-custodial punishment in our country,community correction has completely abandoned the conception of tortism in our country since ancient times,fully emboding the humanitarian concept of modern punishment in our country and conforms to the trend of world light punishment.Of course,the community correction system in our country also has its own characteristics and system.However,compared with other countries,China's community correction system,whether in legislation,the application of the object or the main body of corrections,etc.remains to be improved.This paper takes the implementation of community correction work in district Y of Jiangsu province as an example,analyzing the existing problems of community correction work in area Y,and actively discussing how to improve the community correction system under the current legal system.
