The Study Of Residential Living Community Transformed From Villages Governance

Since China’s reform and opening up,the process of urbanization become faster and faster,community’s problems loom heavily in the city and the topic of community governance issues has become an important research among sociology,political science and other disciplines.Since 1980,under the impetus of the national system reform and urbanization process,community governance in our country is gradually forming,developing and improving.Compared with the spontaneous form of community governance in developed countries,the characteristics of community governance in our country is more administrative.At first,our country’s community governance is mainly to solve the problem of the absence of urban community management.Then.community governance also play an important role in promoting the modernization of community management.Based on the theories of the national—social theory,governance theory,civil society theory,etc.combing the dynamic research of governance and community governance comprehensively,defining the concept of community and residential living community transformed from villages,governance and community governance fully,discussing the path selection and interactive relationship of system and model for community governance under the perspective of the relationship between the state and society Systematically.studying the role and function of these three types of organizations respectively,including government organization,community autonomous organization and property organization,in community governance.And analyzing these three types of organizations in detail to know how they act and what the role is in community governance.Finally,combining the above analysis,we constructed out a possible path for the construction of community governance system and security system of residential living community transformed from villages.In the process of data collection and essay writing,in order to reflect science and ensure the precision of the research conclusion,this study combines the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,integrating these four research methods: literature research,semi-structured interview,observation and questionnaire investigation.Main innovation ideas of this research:(1)Reinterpret the connotation of residential living community transformed from villages governance.Previous research has seized the universality of community governance,but failed to grasp the particularity of community governance.Based on this,this study focus on the characteristics and the particularity of the residential living community transformed from villages,on the basis of deep understanding of governance and community governance,Reinterpret the connotation of residential living community transformed from villages governance;(2)Initially construct the overall framework and operation mechanism of community governance.Based on the basic characteristics and the specific situation of the region,we believe that the overall framework of residential living community transformed governance should include four systems: legal system,organization system,the power and responsibility system and work system work,using the power authority,mutual benefit and reciprocity mechanism,volunteer service mechanism and equal exchange mechanism together to solve community problems;(3)We should coordinate the relationship between state and society in the process of community governance dynamically.At present,in view of the current situation of community development,residential living community transformed governance must adhere to the party and government organizations.Under this premise,government organizations should speed up the functional transformation and cultivate community organization,market organization actively.Only when the social and market develop to a certain extent,we can change the model of community governance,and to be more perfect,realize the good governance of the community.
