The rapid development of Internet finance has made a great contribution to the development of China's finance and economic progress.As we can see,interests of financial consumers are infringed in the network financial activities like network loan because of lacking of relevant laws and legislation of supervision,and sometimes financial consumers themselves.The situation has been very serious and even endanger the stable operation and healthy development of the whole financial field.This article consists more than 36000 words.Firstly,this article clarifies the reasons for the topic,pointing out the dilemma of protection of financial consumer rights in network loan and its current research status.Then it defines financial consumers in network loan and its category.It is good for discussing specific measures took in financial consumer rights.After definition,is to analyze financial consumers' minor position by researching financial consumers' rights and duties.Keep looking below surface appearances,we can tell resource of financial consumers' minor position from different perspectives as legislation,Law enforcement,judicial process and education.By other faults,wise men correct their own.Combined with the reality of our country and learn measures and experiences from America and Japan,establish and perfect protection system of financial consumer rights system.Above all,mean idea of the sixth part is what we should do to protect financial consumer rights in network loan domestically from such perspectives as legislation,supervise,judicial process and education of financial consumers.Promoting protection of financial consumer rights in network loan and perfecting consumer protection system through these methods to boost healthy and rapid development of finance.
