| Since the implementation of household contract responsibility system in China's rural area,realizing the optimal allocation of various resources by promoting China's agricultural industrialization has always been a primary issue in the development of the communist party of China which leads the Chinese agricultural modernization.Agricultural industrialization is conducive to expanding the family business' production scale which as the basic unit of agricultural,which is good at promoting the improvement and development of the household contract management system;which is good at increasing the farmers' income and fasting the agricultural development;which can have the feature of multi-functionality of agriculture.So it can promote the improvement of agricultural productivity.On the one hand,the implementation of nearly forty years of two-tier management system that based on the household contract responsibility system fully arouse the enthusiasm of farmers,the right of management autonomy,new vitality of agriculture and can promote the new development of rural area;on the other hand,the agricultural production and marketing method that is based on household must meet the needs of expanding and improving the social demand under the state of the imbalance between constantly reforming itself and the rapid development of market economy system.In order to break through the bottleneck in the process of agricultural development,the Communist Party of China in the practice of leading farmers like feeling the stones across the river,and gradually find a way of agricultural industrialization with Chinese characteristics.This is a new way of operation with the advent of China,it has highlighted its advancement and vitality.Agricultural industrialization can engagement effectively dispersed farmers and markets,so as to farmers can obtain the benefits in the process of agricultural production,exchange,consumption,distribution and so on.And Farmers can get the sense of satisfaction.Practice has proved that agricultural industrialization can become an important breakthrough in the development of rural economy,the reform of agriculture,the increase farmers' income and the improvement of the ecological environment of the rural society,which to achieve sustainable development of agriculture in China.Based on this,this article will make the communist party of China that leads the development of agricultural industrialization,exploring the different elements in the process of agricultural industrialization and achieving efficient allocation of resources as the research object.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction that gives an explanation of the background and significance,the present situation of domestic and foreign research and evaluation,the concept of agricultural industrialization,the research content and method and the innovation points of this paper.The second chapter to the fifth chapter is the main part of this article,with a total of five chapters.The second chapter expounds the historical background of agricultural industrialization that was put forward by policy of the communist party of China.This chapter teases out the history of progressive relationship on agricultural co-operation,collectivization and agricultural industrialization and discusses the relationship between the household contract responsibility system and agriculture industrialization.The third chapter is on farmer-a new stage of agricultural industrialization.Due to the wandering development of agricultural and the slow increase of farmers' income,the primary form of agricultural industrialization--family farms and agriculture farmer was born,under the household contract responsibility system.The third chapter is on in-depth development of the land system innovation and the industrialization of agriculture,which discusses the problem of the property of land,and the separation of contract right and the ownership of land.And the problem is on how to promote agricultural industrialization.The fourth chapter is on the new development stage of agricultural industrialization,which mainly about the facts that under the guidance of the new concept of "Internet+",the allocation of production factors and resources in agriculture is better done.The presence of Internet + makes new channel such as "meicai,huili,customized farm" possible,which integrate internet and agriculture.It brings the agriculture into a new era,and makes the production procedures more intelligent.It also brings a new sales model into life,and quickens the step of the industrialization of agriculture.The fifth Chapter is on the social benefit of agricultural industrialization,which discusses in the face of the ecological environment worsening and unsustainable production and life conditions,the agricultural production in our country must let agricultural industrialization be a new form,namely the ecological agriculture,as the basic Industrialization strategy and the outlet.This paper,using the way of unified history and logic and combining the method of literature research views the various stages of the communist party of China that led the development of agricultural industrialization as the research object and makes the summary of five basic stages.The first stage is that the establishment of household contract responsibility system.The second growing stage is that the scale management pattern is appearing,including profession and family farm etc.The third development stage is that land circulation system promotes the industrialization of agriculture.The deep fourth stage is that rich agricultural industrialization relying on the "Internet".Finally returning to the agricultural industrialization development must pay attention to social benefits and ecological agriculture.In the epilogue,the author thinks that the communist party of China put forward the problem of agricultural supply side structural reform which will gradually change the accumulation of various contradictions and problems in the current development process of agricultural industrialization.Thus,it can be used as a lookout point in the latter research.Hope that this article could make readers have a further understanding of our party of making policies and measures that adjust to agricultural industrialization development.And this article will inspire some relative academic research and give a major push
