The Analysis On The Operation Mode Of Social Organization Incubator Under The Background Of "The Interaction Among The Community,social Organization And Social Work Team"

With the development of the society,people demand more for spiritual life and the public service.The government,as a provider of public services,has lots of limitation.They can only provide single public services.In order to meet the demand of people,with the development of society,the government introduced a series of policies to transfer government function and stimulate social innovation gene and gradually realize "small government,big society" idea.As a result,social organization arises at the historic moment.It becomes the third sector.It is independent of government and provide social services to participate in social governance.Social organization in our country at present stage,however,is still in its infancy stage.It has weak power.Its development and resource acquisition is not clear.It is hard to function as the government's burden bearer because the limited quantity and quality.So,social organization incubators become a welcome antidote to solve the problem of social organizations.It emergs in our country and has been widely promoted.The author referred to Taicang city of Jiangsu province "the interaction among community,social work team and social organization" policy background.In order to do this research,the author worked in the social organization service center in Taicang city residences town as an intern for six months and acquired a certain understanding for the basic operation mode of Taicang incubator social organization.In the process of practice,the author applied social work professional knowledge to practice through interviews,observation,literature research,experience,and other channels,using the organization life cycle theory,resource dependence theory,problems tree and goal tree theory support and analysis methods to analyze Taicang city residences town social organization service center.The author found out its existing problems and causes,and puts forward countermeasures for improvement.According to the study,Taicang's "the interaction among community,social work team and social organization" model has the characteristics of "high speed,low level".Meanwhile residences town social service center in Taicang city is a new thing.It plays a role as cultivator for social organization and links the important role of social workers and community.But,in the actual operation process,the residences town social service center's workers lack of experience of social operations.The incubation effects is not obvious.Center and the contact between social organization,resource integration ability is insufficient.So does the social propaganda.Therefore the author also puts forward some solutions to strengthen the construction of the incubator itself and promote the connection between the center and social organization and strengthen social propaganda,etc.These studies are beneficial to look into Taicang incubator social organization and the development of Taicang city social organizations and has important reference significance for social organizations construction of the incubator.In this paper,the biggest characteristic is that the author worked in social organization service center in Taicang city residences town for nearly a year.Since the incubator opened up,the author witnessed its change and growth.Some problems existed in the deep feelings of the incubator.In Taicang city,meanwhile,the "he interaction among community,social work team and social organization" policy is advancing.The author also felt the force of the preferential policy and social work development of fertile soil experiencing "he interaction among community,social work team and social organization" inner real operation mechanism.
