Research On The Legal Issue Of Crime Of Fraud

In judicial practice,There is no clear boundaries between the crime of fraud and civil of fraud,so it leads to we have no unified norm to define the people committing a crime of fraud or not.Boundaries between the crime of fraud and civil of fraud which concerns the definition of crime of fraud or not is worth to research.If we have wrong definition of the crime of fraud,It will induce to infringe the human right of defendant and intervene the free development of market economy.so i analyze the crime of fraud on the actual lawsuit and also research the crime of fraud which commit by the way of negative act in order to clarify at what circumstance fraud by negative act will be seemed as a crime.
