A Study On The Resettlement Of Landless Peasants In Changchun City

In recent years,due to the accelerating pace of urbanization in China,many rural land has been levied by the state.As a result,there has been a special group of landless peasants.As we all know,land for farmers is the basic guarantee for their survival,once the loss of land,farmers will lose their important source of life.How to protect the future survival and development of landless peasants is particularly important.The placement and security of landless peasants has become the focus of attention in recent years by the state and society.On the current policy of resettlement of landless peasants in China to take the relevant policies and measures,there are still some shortcomings,to solve the bad,not only affect the future survival and development of farmers,but also a threat to social harmony and stability.Therefore,the study of landless peasants resettlement problem of the law,both for landless peasants or for the country,social development are of great significance.Jilin Province as a large agricultural province,many farmers,the problem is more prominent and more important.This paper studies the resettlement of landless peasants in Changchun City,Jilin Province,adopts the research method of theory and practice,starts with the research of literature and literature,and combs the relevant research results at home and abroad to clarify the related concepts and lay the theoretical foundation for the later research.Then,based on the practice research,taking Jiutai District of Changchun City as an example,this paper expounds the present situation and existing problems of landless peasants in Changchun City,such as unreasonable land requisition compensation mechanism,reemployment difficulties of landless peasants and unsound social security system.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the resettlement problem of landless peasants in Changchun City on the basis of drawing lessons from the beneficial experiences of landless peasants at home and abroad,hoping to provide constructive ideas for solving this problem.
