Research On The Social Equity Values By Frederickson

Frederickson is an outstanding contemporary public administration scientist in the United States.His idea of social equity values has provided theoretical support for the new public administration,and has received more and more attention in the past two decades.Through the study of social fair values,scholars at home and abroad have found that it is of great significance to solve the practical problems in the field of public administration and realize the social reform and development.There is a lack of systematic combing and analysis of the social equity values by Frederickson.Based on this,this paper aims to sum up the relevant literature,to clarify the social fair values of the theoretical origin,ideological connotation and basic characteristics,explores the theoretical contribution and limitations of its theory and its interpretation,and analyzes the contemporary value of the theory.First of all,this paper discusses the background of the urgent need to solve the contradictions and problems of social development through effective theory,and summarizes and analyzes the domestic and foreign literature on Frederickson social equity values,put forward the social equity values to sort out and summarize the research objectives,exploring the Revelation of the Theory to China's Public Administration.Secondly,this paper traces the social fair values,studies the ideological tradition of social justice in the western philosophy,the theory of justice of John Rawls and the view of public opinion of Dwight Waldo,and explores the social background and the founder's personal background of social equity values by Frederickson.Then,this article presents the content of social justice,social justice theory and social fairness of intergenerational equality in the core administrative process of social equity values of Frederickson,and analyzes the basic characteristics of their ideas.Followed by its theoretical contribution,and the limitations of dialectical analysis.Finally,explore the contemporary values of Frederickson's social equity values.Through these analysis and research work,this paper draws conclusions.Frederickson's social equity values are the product of conforming to the background of the times and the need to solve the social contradictions,its theory progress has an important breakthrough in laying the foundation of the new public administration has an irreplaceable role.Its basic concept can be used in the cause of public administration in China,and has a certain inspiration on China's social development.
