The Study On The Legal Problems Of Timeshare

Time-sharing resort as a new way of leisure tourism consumption,a new institutional arrangements encountered many problems in China,but with the great improvement in consumer material conditions and consumer attitudes,making timeshare in China,there will be a lot of room for development.But one of the obstacles encountered is the construction of the legal system,this article is to study the legal system for the purpose of research.In this paper,171 cases of time-sharing vacation were collected as the research object,and the material of the empirical study was analyzed.The article is divided into four chapters,Chapter 1 summarizes the timeshare,introduces the definition of timeshare,legal characteristics,types and legal relations involved.Chapter2 the time in the empirical study of legal issues and legal analysis problem,again the risk of consumer compliance,and then the legal analysis of the various issues.Chapter 3 measures and suggestions,in view of the creditor's rights of timeshare,it is proposed to regulate it from the existing legal system and to develop special legal norms.For the format clause,Legislative,administrative,judicial and social aspects of control;for consumer compliance risk issues,introduces the cooling-off period,the right to cancel the system and the trusteeship system.Chapter 4 concluding remarks,the contents of the article to sum up,clear the author point of view.
