Recently,With China's increasing concern for human rights protection,China's laws are constantly improving and perfecting too.So,the criminal procedure sanction system is an important judicial system to protect human rights,has become an indispensable part of the modern society.the establishment of the criminal procedure sanction system,criminal procedure sanction through the realization of social fairness and justice has become a common practice in the world.So far,there are only two kinds of the procedures of the sanctions system in Chinese Criminal Procedure Law.One is illegal evidence exclusion rules and cassation.The other is retrial system.But the current situation of the development of China's criminal procedure sanction system,due to its late,people's legal consciousness,the lack of relevant professionals the system is not perfect and other reasons,the development of this system there are still many problems,there are many aspects need to be improved,but also the superiority of this system has not been fully reflected,in a sense also restricts the development of the socialist rule of law.In this article,the first part set forth the value of the procedure sanction,thus reveals the unique advantages of procedure sanctions.Then,the second part mainly introduces the conception of the procedure sanction including object of sanction,feature of sanction and kinds of sanction.Moreover,this article analyzes the present condition of the criminal procedure sanction system.Besides,in this article the author investigates the foreign criminal procedure sanction system.We can learn from the foreign criminal procedure sanction system to develop ours.Lastly,the author put forward the measure of construction and perfection of the criminal procedure sanction system.Research and improve the criminal procedure sanction system has become an important aspect of promoting the strategy of governing the country according to law.People through this system to get legal help,better safeguard the rights and interests,but also vigorously promote the process of China's socialist justice,maintain social harmony and stability.
