As demand for cadastral information continues to increase in our country,cadastral management becomes more and more important.Computer,network technology continues to develop,so that cadre management has gradually moved to the road of information.According to the land and resources management departments need for cadastral data,the state decided to implement the cadastral database construction work and developed a corresponding database construction standards.With the completion of the second national land survey,urban cadastral surveys,rural cadastral surveys and advance of rural collective ownership,countries,as the smallest administrative unit nationwide carried out and completed the construction of various types of cadastral databases.Including the database of land use status,urban cadastral database,rural cadastral database,rural collective land registration database,land registration database.In recent years,the state has carried out a comprehensive investigation of the reserve resources of cultivated land and built a database of arable land reserve resources.Although China has basically completed the construction of cadastral database,the various types of databases are based on county-level units for separate storage,classification management,different types of data from different databases can not be achieved Sharing because of single data type,low potential and slow update,it is difficult to meet the provincial land sector on the land use data comprehensive and efficient use needs.Therefore,the establishment of a comprehensive management of the provincial,municipal and county level management of the database has a great significance for the land and resources management departments of the unified management of data and efficient use.However,there are different types of database inconsistencies,spatial benchmarks,phenomenon of data can't be uniformed,especially the scale accuracy is very different.For example,the scale of land use database is 1: 10,000,the scale of urban cadastral database is 1: 500,and the proportion of rural collective land ownership database is 1: 2000.The difference of data accuracy has seriously affected the unified call and display of cadastral data,which is not conducive to the macroscopic statistics and analysis of data.Therefore,how to solve the multi-scale cadastral database integration problem is the main problem of provincial cadastral management comprehensive database construction.Based on the provincial level,this paper discusses the causes and characteristics of multi-scale cadastral data and the manifestations of multi-scale cadastral data in Jilin Province.This paper discusses the integration process of multi-scale cadastral database,discusses the integration plan of multi-scale cadastral data,solves the key technology of multi-scale cadastral data integration,takes Jilin Province cadastral data as a reference,combines the theory and practice.The results were presented and analyzed.On this basis,the framework system of provincial cadastral management comprehensive database is constructed.Through the integration of the multi-scale cadastral management database,this paper draws the following conclusions:1.Through the analysis of the concept and causes of multi-scale cadastral data,the paper summarizes the uncertainty of cadastral data acquisition,the difference of database requirements,the diversification of data source and the time of data,the scale of space is caused by cadastral data The main influencing factors of multi-scale characterization.2.Jilin Province,for example,although the province has completed the construction of various types of cadastral database,but the existence of cadastral data projection system is not unified,data format,mathematical basis of inconsistency.In addition,the administrative multi-scale and multi-scale data hindered the exchange and sharing of databetween the administrative granularity at all levels is the key technical problem to be solved in establishing the comprehensive cadastral management database.3.Through the use of projection parameters conversion method for the unity of the coordinate system,based on FME technology based on a variety of data format conversion to achieve different types of database data format consistency conversion.Based on the cadastral data of Jilin Province,the method of coordinate projection transformation and data format unified method is verified,which provides the data foundation for realizing multi-scale cadastral data integration.4.Based on the characteristics of various basic data applications,this paper proposes a multi-scale derived spatial attribute layer to solve the multi-scale cadastral data integration problem.By creating a derived attribute relation table,it is possible to mark the changing map elements,that is,to record the data after the integration without changing the original data,and to facilitate the statistics and summarization of the data.In addition,it is possible to trace the changing elements according to the attribute information of the elements of the derived layer changes,which is of great significance to the analysis of the data.
