A Research On The Strategy Of Government Image Shaping In The Crisis Transmission

At present,China is facing the dual economic and social transition.The complicated conflicts of interest and the contradictions between different interest groups continues to be escalated.Our country is at the crucial juncture of public crisis and is moving towards to the highly-risk society.The government should make full use of public administration,strive to meet the citizens' expectations of the crisis response capacity in this special period.However,there is a large gap between the government's crisis response capacity and the people's growing expectations.As a result,the public crisis will be manifested in greater intensity and higher risk situations,thus profoundly affecting society harmony and political stability.In dealing with the crisis,the central issue in the current society is mainly focused on the government how to deal with the crisis quickly and efficiently,how to establish a good image for serving people and how to enhance the government's credibility,and so on.The transmission of new media has changed radically,they have played a huge role in the reporting process of the crisis.In this kind of new propagation mode,the spreading speed and the impacting degree of crisis are showing different forms from the past.Therefore,as the authority of crisis dealing,the relevant coping behavior of the government in the process of crisis transmission has always been the focus of public attention.This thesis analyzes the problem of government image shaping in crisis transmission,which mainly includes the following aspects.Firstly,the authorfully researched the government's image shaping and the impact in the process of crisis dissemination.Secondly,the author made a detailed analysis of the problems faced by the government in dealing with the crisis,and summarized the conditions of the public crisis occurrence.Thirdly,the author gave a personal point of view and valuable advice for how the government establish a good image in the crisis transmission based on the method of dialectical materialism.Through the research and exploration of this thesis,the author provides feasible suggestions and effective measures for the government image shaping during future crisis transmission,and in the practical sense,not only can effectively guide the practice of government shaping a good image in the crisis transmission,but also enhance the government's crisis response consciousness,so as to improve the crisis into opportunities.
