Analogy System Of Tang Dynasty

Analogy system is an important part of feudal legal system in ancient China.Since the formal establishment of the Han Dynasty,it played a critical role in the Tang Dynasty.Although analogy system has been questioned and criticized by many scholars and abolished at the end of the Qing Dynasty.But as the other side of Nulla poena sine lege,analogy system is an important part of traditional Chinese legal system,in the specific historical background of feudal society.The analogy system in Tang Dynasty would be the focus in the article and the concept,origin and characteristics will be discussed at the beginning.Then on this basis,the article divided it into three categories,which are Lift light to light weight and light,"Yi,"Zhun,method and the Identity comparison system.Finally,the article evaluates the analogy system of the Tang Dynasty and Come to the conclusion that analogy system of the Tang Dynasty is beneficial for the construction of criminal law in China.
