The Construction Of International Maritime Justice Center Under The Background Of Marine Power Strategy

The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategic goal of building a strong Marine Power and raised the strategic strategy of the ocean to the height of the national strategy.With the deepening development of Marine Power strategy,our country has made a higher demand for maritime justice.In this context,our country has put forward the strategic conception of building International Maritime Justice Center.The construction of the International Maritime Justice Center is an inevitable requirement for the development of maritime judicature of our country and the need to guarantee and develop our maritime rights and interests.At present,the recognized international maritime justice center has a good marine economic base,a sound maritime legal system,a sound maritime justice system,excellent maritime legal personnel,perfect maritime arbitration system and so on.Considering the criteria above,we can find that there is a gap between the maritime legal system,maritime justice system,maritime legal personnel and maritime arbitration system between our country and the existing international maritime justice center.We must build an international maritime justice center to overcome these shortcomings,hoping to build the International Maritime Justice Center as soon as possible.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the needs of the construction of the International Maritime Justice Center and the writing ideas of the article in the background of the strategy of Marine Power.The second part mainly introduces the definition of maritime justice and the construction of the International Maritime Justice Center.The third part introduces the development of maritime justice and the need of guaranteeing maritime rights and interests through the introduction of the necessity of building International Maritime Justice Center in our country.The fourth part mainly discusses the existing International Maritime Justice Center,which draws the common ground of the International Maritime Justice Center,and as a measure of this,analyzes the indicators that have been reached and what still need to work in the construction of the International Maritime Justice Center.The fifth part is the proposal of constructing International Maritime Justice Center in our country,including improving the maritime legal system,perfecting our maritime judicial system,innovating maritime legal personnel training mechanism and perfecting maritime arbitration and other aspects of our country's construction of International Maritime Justice Center.The five parts of the main body of the article closely integrated and are all about how to build the International Maritime Justice Center,hoping to achieve the goal of the International Maritime Justice Center.
