The non-competition system as a derivative obligation of the company's executive loyalty obligations is designed to protect the interests of the company in order to achieve the restrictions on the management of the company's managers.With the continuous development of China's economy,corporate governance problems also show a complex and diversified trend,but China's current company law on the non-competition system is slightly pale,unable to adapt to the current economic development trend.Based on the concept and characteristics of "Company executives" and "non-competition obligations",this paper defines the concepts and characteristics of the "Obligations of Compulsory Execution of Corporate Executives".By analyzing and comparing the concepts and characterist ics of " The Department of the different theoretical basis,to deepen the obligation to prohibit the competition.According to the provisions of Article 149 of the Company Law,will be split into four elements of China's non-competition obligations to make a detailed explanation.This paper summarizes the deficiencies of the system of non-competition and the judicial application,and draws lessons from the relevant experience abroad from the aspects of perfecting the non-competition system and promoting the judicial improvement.In order to perfect the system of non-competition It is helpful to improve the legislation of the Company Law and to improve the legislation and the judicial practice of the Company Law of the People 's Republic of China.Internet financial is the product of the combination of Internet technology and financial,with the Internet financial,not only the national economy level has got a huge promoting,but also the daily lives of the people getting facilitates.
