Survey Research On The Construction Of Urban Management Assistant In Dalian High-Tech Industrial Zone

With the advancement of China's urbanization process, the workload and difficulty ofurban management administrative law enforcement have constantly increased. However,influenced by the staffing, funding, policy and some other factors, the number of law enforcement officials is far from being able to meet the needs of practical work, so a considerable part of daily inspection and management responsibilities are borne by the assistant.Urban Management Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Dalian High-Tech Industrial Zone is currently facing many problems such as large areas, complex functions and lack of staff. In this case, improving the working ability and working enthusiasm is of great significance for the work of urban management administrative law enforcement in Dalian High-Tech Industrial Zone. In this paper, a research on the construction of urban management assistant in Dalian High-Tech Industrial Zone is made through the questionnaire and interview survey. On the basis of investigation and analysis, the paper make a deep study on the problems and their causes in the construction of urban management assistant in Dalian High-Tech Industrial Zone, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions.Firstly, a investigation on the basic information, training and management situation, job satisfaction of urban management assistant in Dalian High-Tech Industrial Zone is made with the method of questionnaire and interview survey.Secondly, through the analysis of the survey results, it is found that the main problems existing in the construction of urban management assistant in Dalian High-Tech Industrial Zone are the unreasonable age structure and the low education level, the insufficient working ability and the big management difference, the low job satisfaction and work enthusiasm, the bad image and the low social recognition. The causes of the above problems are as the following: the selection system is not sound and the standard is not clear; the training is inadequate and lack of pertinence; the management system is not perfect and dose not put in place; the salary system is not reasonable and lack of incentive mechanism.Finally, the paper puts forward some targeted suggestions for the construction of urban management assistant in Dalian High-Tech Industrial Zone from the following aspects:improving the selection and employment system, enhancing the vocational training,regularizing the daily management, establishing a perfect salary system and setting up a good image.
