Purpose of this essay is to point on national foods security issue.To analyze our system's problem,and learn to build our own fine system through other countries experience.First chapter has revealed true meaning of defected foods.We are lack of knowledge to solve current problems through theory of defected foods.Secondly we had analyzed uniqueness,liability and constitutive elements of defected foods infringement.In order to narrant methods of reliefs.Second chapter of this article has emphasize weakness of defected foods infringement system in China.Firstly,our law lack logical analysis and well developed management About this issue.Secondly,the specific measures of civil remedies are flawed.Thirdly,still very little can do with defected foods infringement issue.Social aid system toward this issue have not developed yet.And only by realize all of this matter,so we will be able to figure out resolution to solve its problems.Third chapter discussed about civil remedy and social aid system.By learned American and Japanese advanced technique and experience,enlightened our resolution to solve this issue.Final chapter of this essay pointed out ways to solve problems of defected foods infringement rescue system.By sum up first three chapters,we have learned several different ways to solve its issues in our own ideas.
