Legal Analysis On The Case Of Li Ping's Private Lending

In 2015,Longxi County People's Court,in Dingxi,Gansu province,registered and reviewed the case that Li Ping liquefied gas station filed for bankruptcy.And the station was found suspecting to constitute the crime of illegal deposits from the public,so the Count suggested the public security organs for investigation.This case involves a large number of people as well as wealth.Besides,it not only has caused great concern in the county,even Dingxi city,but also led the author to think.How to regulate the behavior of usury is related to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,and this paper mainly discusses the regulation of usury behavior combining with the case analysis.We can see usury behavior all around the world,and various countries have tried to regulate the behavior of private lending.However,usury behavior still exists,and it makes a difference with the development of economic and social.By the way of comparing and analysis on the usury law between different countries,this paper explores the limitations on the laws,the relationship between usury and the crime of illegal absorbing public deposits,and the effectiveness of usurious contract of illegal absorbing public deposits.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions,hoping to contribute to improve and perfect relevant laws.
