The Construction Of Equity-Based Crowdfunding Exemption System

The development of crowdfunding has a long history,with the combination of the crowdfunding and the Internet,the crowdfunding became a new financing mode and had a significant influence to the society.Especially with the development of the Equity-based crowd-funding,which bring new development opportunities to micro,small and medium enterprises and start-up companies.The exemption system of Equity-based crowd-funding is not only the key for Equity-based crowd-funding,is also the root cause why Equity-based crowd-funding has a great development space.The point of this article is how to design the exemption system of Equity-based crowd-funding and its supporting mechanism,this article will take the exemption system of Equity-based crowd-funding as the core,combine with the inherent characteristics and development needs of Equity-based crowd-funding,borrow experiences from other countries to put forward opinions to the establishment of exemption system of Equity-based crowd-funding.This article is divided into four chapters,The introduction has carried a simple introduction on the background and trend of the development of the exemption system of Equity-based crowd-funding.First of all,we introduce the current research background and significance,the contents including the connotations,its rising reasons and the development space of Equity-based crowd-funding,etc.Then we introduce the development status at home and abroad,highlight the unique features of Chinese Equity-based crowd-funding.We made a simple description on the overall arrangement and innovation of this article.The first chapter mainly introduces the basic theory of equity-based crowdfunding and its exemption system The main body respectively introduces its structures,financing mode and the basic contents of the exemption system.The second chapter is mainly about Legal and practical difficulties the exemption system of Equity-based crowd-funding encountered.Starting from the existing legal system,we contrast and analyze the contradictory parts of exemption system of Equity-based crowd-funding with the current laws,and analyzed it relate to legal risks.In addition,the realistic problems of the development of current exemption system of Equity-based crowd-funding were elaborated.The third chapter mainly divided into two parts.First half part focuses on the construction actuality of exemption system of Equity-based crowd-funding on United States,Britain and other countries.In the second part the analysis of the contents of the first half part and to find ideas and system design which can be used for China.The fourth chapter is the focus of this article,the problems which were put forward and experience for reference as the breakthrough point to discuss the construction of the exemption system of Equity-based crowd-funding of our country.The fifth chapter is divided into three sections,the first section mainly introduced front-end rules construction of the exemption system of Equity-based crowd-funding,and the second section mainly analyzes the design of specific content of the exemption system of Equity-based crowd-funding.In the third quarter the exemption system of Equity-based crowd-funding was put forward and the information disclosure system as the core which was constructed,and on how to improve the current information disclosure system was described.
