With the continuous development of society,the deepening of urbanization,the construction of social demand for land increases,however,the number of land is certain,when demand increases,the price of land will be a huge increase in the occurrence.Obtained in the process of land expropriation huge land value-added benefits.This part of the value-added benefits there are many places on the irrational allocation.First,China's current legal standards for land expropriation compensation is too low,the compensation range is very narrow.Second,China's land transfer system as well as the relevant provisions of land ownership is not perfect.Once again,the Government has the right to abuse the land,compete with the people of the situation.Finally,China has not yet associated with land development rights system.Based on the current situation and problems of land value-added income distribution system analysis,the knowledge of law and economics and social sciences will be improved by combining trying to obtain land value-added income allocation related to the legal system.This paper presents a sound legal system program from the following aspects.First,the expansion of land acquisition compensation standards,taking into account when calculating the compensation standard for the use of market prices as a standard.Second,improve the relevant system of land transfer system and land ownership system.Again,the value-added benefits in the distribution ratio between the central government and local government make reasonable adjustments.Finally,again proposed the establishment of the relevant land development rights system feasibility.Several aspects of this paper attempts to propose solutions to the legal system of land value-added income distribution improved.
