A Study On Corporate Governance,Cash Dividends And Over-investment Behavior:Based On Manufacturing Listed Companies

The rapid development of information technology,making the exchange of personal information more quickly,technology to bring people convenience at the same time,also led to the illegal collection of personal information,use,disclosure or even tampering.In addition to the use of public power,personal information,but also contains the economic value of social resources,the current society through the development of laws to give personal information protection has become the first choice of civil law countries,but China for historical reasons and practical reasons,did not form A proprietary law to protect it effectively.This article first defines the concept of personal information,and conducts a preliminary understanding of its scope.On the basis of this,this paper analyzes the legislative ideas,the value orientation and the choice of the legislative model adopted by the foreign countries in the protection of personal information,and then analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of the protection of personal information in China.Finally,The author puts forward the value orientation,the legislative idea,the basic principle and the mode choice of our country in constructing the legal protection of personal information.On the basis of the experience of protecting the personal information legislation of foreign countries,this paper puts forward the value orientation,legislative idea,basic principle and mode choice.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly elaborated the research background,the research method and the research present situation.The second part is to elaborate the basic theory of personal information,in the specific definition of "personal information" on the basis of the concept and scope,focusing on personal information and personal privacy distinction and link.The third part is the introduction of the current personal information legislation to protect the two models,learn from its advantages,remove its dross,for the protection of personal information to provide reference.The fourth part is to point out the status quo,problems and causes of the protection of personal information in China.The fifth part is how to construct the legal protection system of personal information in our country.It mainly elaborates from three aspects: personal self-protection,legislation and judicial,so as to better protect the personal information security and the free circulation of information and promote the harmonious development of society.
