On Study Of Practice Problems In "Army Strong Dream" For Flying Cadets

The 21 st century is the informatization technology century,but also a century for aerospace.The competition in military forces is shifting to the field of aerospace,so is to the military power construction-this is in trend and the inevitable tide of history.The competition of the aerospace forces is that of talent in the nature.Flying cadet is as the main body of the air warfare in the future,the core of modern information warfare,and the success of national defense construction rests with the sound development of them.Therefore,it is essential to study the practical problems of “army strong dream” for flying cadets.With the presence of “army strong dream”idea and goals,the guiding thoughts corresponding to requirements of national defense construction are proposed to cultivate flying cadets,and the key point to intensify national defense forces is to cultivate the flying cadets fighting battles and wining in battles,but also the fundamental theoretical basis for practices for them.However,there are no researches on practice of “army strong dream” aiming at flying cadets,a special group people.This paper,from the perspective of the proposal background of “army strong dream”,analyzes the connotation and characteristics of “army strong dream” practice for flying cadets and proposes practical principles and achieved goals by methods combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and static analysis and dynamic analysis.The paper explains challenges facing for “army strong dream” practice from changes in three aspects like cultivating environment,situation task and quality of the flying cadets themselves.This thesis analyzes approaches studying "army strong dream" practice for flying cadets from advancing theoretical penetration,strengthening the value guidance,improving practice and intensifying system protection,the four major aspects,12 small aspects and 21 points.The “army strong dream” practice is refined into to all aspects like learning,work and life for flying cadets.The bases of studying practical problems in “army strong dream”for flying cadets are the great significance in arm strong goals and practical requirements from president Xi,chairman of military commission: effectively consolidate the soul of strong army,master the essence of strong arm and guide cadets to arm their minds,guide the practice,to promote the grandness and unite the powerful willpower strengthening army and serving the nation;effectively enhance the awareness and ability of flying cadets to fight battles,and constantly perfect the preparation of military struggle and the scientific development of construction for troops as a whole,striving for the realization of “Army Strong Dream”and “China Dream”.
