Research On The Innovative About Construction Of Party’s Working Style Since The 18^th CPC National Congress

The construction of party’s work style is directly related to the image of the party,the ruling status of the party and the success or failure about the business of the country.Since 18^th CPC National Congress,profound changes have taken place in many situations,such as the world,the nation and the party,the Communist Party of China is facing some challenges and problems in strengthening the construction of work style,which has affected the party’s glorious image and endangered the interests of the whole people.So,as for the construction of the party’s work style,it is necessary to analysis and resolve these problems with the insist the use of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,we should try our best to offer some theoretical support in scientificand systematic construction of the party’s work style,meanwhile,we ought to provide novel research idea for the the construction of new period party building theory.The thesis is composed of five parts: from the concept to the system,from the history to the present situation,from the problem to the countermeasure logic.The first part is the introduction,mainly discusses the research background of the topic,the significance,research situation at home and abroad,research ideas,research methods and innovations and difficulties.The second part is about Marxism exploration of the working style construction of the party.The author add some individual comprehension to the connotation about construction of party’s working style,which refers to the correct party work style,shaping the party organization,the masses of Party members and cadres of party spirit cultivation of the noble image,fit the thinking mode and behavior mode of the Party member quality requirements and carry out on the basis of clarifying the concept of work.Combing the historical evolution about the construction of the party’s working style after the combed the connected conceptions.The third part discusses the achievements and problems of the party’s working style since the 18^th CPC national congress,and to analyze the reasons in subjective and objective aspects.In the construction of the work style of the party’s meaning,history,achievements,discusses the existing problems and the reasons,this paper then focuses on two aspects to discuss the content and mechanism of innovation in the party’s work style construction.The fourthpart is the content innovation about construction of the the party’s working style since 18^th CPC national congress.Which combined with the "Four Consciousness" and "three activity" content which is put forward in new period to promote study on the working style construction of the content.The fifth part is the mechanism innovation of the party’s working style since 18^th CPC national congress.First of all,starting from the main responsibility of the Party committee,discusses how to establish and perfect the supervision mechanism,accountability mechanism,selection and education mechanism,the mechanism of fault tolerance mechanism,with forced responsibility.Secondly,research on the working style construction and mechanism innovation of the party combined with the model of the " Internet + ".To investigate the party’s construction of working style in China since 18^th CPC national congress,which is conducive to the further deepening research of the Party building theory,especially the theory of style construction of the party,to improve the ability which deals with various risks and corruption of our party at home and abroad,to the building of a harmonious society,which also has great practical significance for the implementation of "Chinese dream".
