Study On The Customary Law Of Buyi People In The Area Around Hongfeng Lake

Buyi Nationality is one of the main ethnic groups in Guizhou province.For thousands of years,the customary law of the traditional law culture of Buyi Nationality has played a basic role in the protection of the local(ecological)environment.This is from the concept of customary law,Chinese scholars began to focus on a number of Buyi Minority's customary law on environment and to a certain degree of research and discussion,so far the research results of the part.The minority's customary law on environment is an important part of customary law,which includes not only the understanding of the ecological environment protection and ecological environment related theory,including the main content on the natural ecological environment protection.The form of Buyi customary law on environment of Hongfeng Lake surrounding areas through religious worship,customs and taboos and pacts such as performance.Guizhou province has many ethnic minorities,minority customary law has become a cultural phenomenon with strong ethnic characteristics,it not only with other cultural phenomena in the society are closely related,is a set of localcharacteristics regulations,but also with the local historical and cultural traditions,natural and geographical environment are closely related.Thus,the existence of the common law is not an isolated single.Many Buyi villages have long followed their own customary law and folk custom,and they have produced important legal functions.The subject of this master's thesis is the environmental customary law of the Buyi people in the surrounding areas of Hongfeng lake.Through field visits,literature review and other methods of Hongfeng Lake surrounding area buyizu water resources protection law,customary law,village forest protection content protection of customary law,village appearance of wild animal protection law protection of customary customary law and combing the related content of Hongfeng Lakesurrounding area Buyi folk environment formation,origin and modern form the evolution and protection of Buyi folk habits of the local environment in the modern ecological civilization in the context of the value of law enforcement and other legal values of legislative value,understanding,summary,and then study the Buyi customary law on environment more villages in the area of the results and summarize the current situation of the study on the family environment,academic Buyi customary law understand,than to extract the specific legal issues this paper needs to be further studied and solved,including Hongfeng Lake surrounding the Buyi ring The formation of environmental customary law of natural conditions,national conditions and social conditions,the source of the form(including religious worship customs,taboo Cunguiminyue three aspects)and the local Buyi customary law on environment evolution in the form of origin and content as well as the local Buyi customary law on environment of ecological value of legislation,law enforcement and other content such as the value of the rule of law value.This will not only help expand the new area of customary law research of Buyi Nationality,enrich the research results of the customary law of the Buyi environment,but also provide effective and feasible suggestions for the improvement of the national law and the promotion of ecological civilization.In the research process of Buyi village of Hongfeng Lake in the surrounding areas,I had to the modernization of the rural construction effect be lamented,but also felt the traditional culture of ethnic minorities is quietly erosion.The development of the construction of new countryside,the city area makes Chinese culture a little intrusive Buyi village,customary law has been a lot of people forget even gradually disappear,so more and more scholars have been aware of this problem,have on minority villages of research,collect and summarize the precious historical data.
