With the rapid development of Internet in today's world,convenient,fast,time and energy,the network shopping consumption pattern recognition and favor of by people more and more,a lot of online trading platform then arises at the historic moment,such as,Taobao,Jingdong mall Vipshop,etc.,the establishment of the network platform and rise,make consumers under the condition of a network,anytime,anywhere can through the platform of web pages to select and purchase the desired product or service.Online shopping is convenient and quick,well adapted to the current fast-paced way of life.Consumers in browsing the web,however,to select the goods and services they need,is often only through the network operators on the site by the picture and text description of goods and services of information,can't really touch or experience to its product or service,so,online shopping consumer will be faced with be misled by false information to buy the potential risks.In the network platform of the virtual environment,network consumers cannot truly determine in advance and understand the truth of a commodity or service,can only know after received the goods in payment.In view of this,compared with traditional consumers' right to know,network consumers' right to know is more vulnerable to abuse.So,we should pay more attention to the protection of consumers online shopping field.Although our country with the development of Internet trend of The Times,in 2014 the newly revised "the consumer rights and interests protection law," the protection of consumers' right to know in the field of network into within the scope of this law,however,because of network consumption patterns in the field of legal regulation in China is still in its infancy,these changes after the law still has its defects,still need to be further improved.Combined with the current laws and regulations of our country's legal system is not specifically for network consumption regulation,virtual and reality of complex network environment has been a threat to the network consumers' right to know,in view of this,based on the network shopping consumers' right to know in the field of repeatedly violated this social phenomenon as foothold,from legal aspect to study many problems related to network shopping areas faced by the consumers' right to know,on the basis of analysis of the causes of these problems,combining with some foreign countries against the relevant legislative experience in this field,to consumers' right to know the legal protection of online shopping field of our country puts forward several Suggestions.Specifically,the text is divided into four parts in this paper.The first part expounds the basic theory of the online consumers' right to know,from analyzing the meaning and content of the traditional field of consumers' right to know,which leads to the consumers' right to know the basic theory of shopping areas,and through the analysis of the importance of protecting our online consumers' right to know,to explore the significance of protection of online consumers' right to know.The second part mainly analyzes the online consumers' right to know to protect the status quo,and points out problems existing in the protection of online consumers' right to know in our country and the reasons of the problem,seek relevant legal countermeasures to lay the theoretical foundation for below.The third part is discussed on online consumers' right to know protection abroad relevant experience of rule of law,and by summing up the study and analysis of foreign relevant experience of online consumers' right to know in our country under the rule of law to protect the enlightenment and reference.The fourth part is the core content of this article,through the above relevant theories lay,it is concluded that China's online shopping consumer right protection law countermeasures.First of all,from the legislative level to improve the regulations of our country's online consumers' right to know.Then from the system level to ensure that the online consumers' right to know is not violated,mainly including to strengthen the information disclosure system,and perfecting the credit evaluation mechanism and build three system build content related regulatory mechanism.Again,from the industry itself to constraints,strengthen industry self-discipline supervision.Finally,Suggestions to improve online shopping consumer rights protection consciousness,to reduce the occurrence of tort,so as to further the online consumers' right to know.
