Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Shijiazhuang Quality And Technical Supervision Of Administrative Law Enforcement

Quality is the foundation and guarantee for economic and social development,it is an important manifestation of a country or a region's comprehensive strength and competitiveness.Administrative Law Enforcement of Quality and Technical Supervision(ALEQTS)is an important means to ensure product quality and promote the development of local economy.With the continuous development of economy and society in recent years,there are some achievements,however,the product quality and safety situation is still very grim,which has became the social concerned focus.Until now,great changes have taken place in ALEQTS,mainly including two aspects: law enforcement field and law enforcement mode,ALEQTS has increasing influence on social and economic.Therefore,from the point of view of public management,it is of great importance to have some researches on the situation of administrative law enforcement of Shijiazhuang quality and technical supervision,and find out the solutions for improving the level of administrative law enforcement.Only in this way,Shijiazhuang Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision can raise their level of administrative law enforcement,create a better market competitive environment,safeguard the lawful rights and interests of people,and promote social and economic harmonious development.By studying the situation of ALEQTS in Shijiazhuang city,relying on administrative law enforcement theoretical system and public management related theory,this article analysis the problems of administrative law enforcement for Shijiazhuang quality and technical supervision and proposes some solutions.Combined with the actual situation of the quality and technical supervision in Shijiazhuang city,this article put forward the problems of administrative law enforcement work,mainly including inadequate standardization of law enforcement,absence of law enforcement,low efficiency of law enforcement,weakness of law enforcement supervision,and insufficient publicity for administrative law enforcement.Through a deep analysis,this article find out the roots cause of the problems: low overall qualities of law enforcement officials,insufficient hardware and software,lack of strict norms of law enforcement supervision system,existence of local protectionism,insufficient of the third party wisdom and power.From the point of the view of government management and public services,this article proposes solutions for improving the administrative law enforcement work on four aspects: strengthen overall qualities of law enforcement officials,enrich the hardware and software of the law enforcement,improve law enforcement supervision,optimize the environment of administrative law enforcement,in this way,the level of administrative law enforcement and effectiveness of management can be improved,at the same time,the quality and technical supervision department's image can be improved accordingly.
