With the continuous reform of the judicial system,China's legal environment have improved,but as a grassroots people's procuratorate of procuratorial policemen,found in the long-term practice,in the judicial process is still not perfect place.Reviewing arrest is national criminal lawsuit gives an important power of relevant agencies,this power in our country are endowed with prosecutors and the courts.This article from the perspective of practice,from concept to application research train of thought,through a summary of the characteristics of the existing system of review of arrest in China,combined with China's national conditions and judicial practice,research review arrest system in our country the basic theory and related laws and regulations,and to the improvement of the system of review arrested countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.On the thesis structure,this article obtains from the value of the examination system of arrest,to review the characteristics of the arrest system analysis as the breakthrough point,through the analysis of current problems existing in the examination system of arrest,and the causes of these problems,from the reform of the judicial system on the macro to the micro system of lawyers from whole to part analyses some problems existed in the practice.The author thinks that,based on the characteristics of the criminal justice system and the existing judicial resources,our country can only by the procuratorial organs with the authority of investigation and arrest to exercise,also only procuratorial organ can play right to arrest the real effect.Of course to ensure that the procuratorial organs to review the arrest system,give full play to the value of must also be present procuratorial organs review arrest system of our country further perfect,review the arrest of the reform of the system.
