A Study On BRICS Minimum Wage Systems

With the deepening of the BRICS cooperation mechanism, political and economic communication between the BRICS becomes closer than ever. In recent years, social cooperation is becoming a hot spot of the BRICS cooperation, and labor cooperation issues being put on the agenda of cooperation among the BRICS. As one of the common systems of the BRICS, the minimum wage system plays an important role in the field of national labor legislation. Therefore, the study of the BRICS minimum wage systems is of great importance because it can provide us some beneficial references in the improvement of our system of minimum wages, and it can also provide enterprises which invested in the BRICS some legal advices. At the same time, it's also helpful for the BRICS enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities in our country. However, it still lack of systematic research on the BRICS minimum wage systems both in home and abroad.
