Study On Risk Factors Of Social Stability Risk Assessment In Tianjin Construction Projects

With the rapid development of China's economic construction,social group events occur frequently and the construction project caused social instability event after another.In this context,social stability risk research gradually appears at levels of government and academia.Moreover,it has been made some achievement sand draws much social stability risk assessment guidance for practical work which provides a theoretical basis.However,researches on social stability risk assessment of construction projects risk factors were not deep enough.In this thesis,after dozens of social stability risk assessment has been completed in recent years.Tianjin summarized the various stakeholder groups research articles and filter out 8 risk types and 17 key risk factors of social stability risk assessment in Tianjin practice.By application of the multi-actor multi-criteria analysis to study the risk factors of social stability risk assessment projects in depth.With the various opinions of stakeholders from varying degrees concerned about the risk factors,and to use social network analysis characterization to shape and analyses the relationship between beneficial parts.By building the social network of concerned parts,it may mainly analyze the density of the network,and the centrality of the parties.Meanwhile,it draws the network core stakeholder relations and the impact of the various stakeholders of the status and prestige to more accurately from a multi-stakeholder perspective comparison and evaluation of risk factors on the construction project.And total view of a multi-actor multi-criteria analysis conclusions groups diagram analysis of high risk factors proposed to resolve the preventive measures.And conclusions of the study help to assess the agency,the project unit,project decision-making bodies,as well as all levels of letters,stability maintenance department to abandon the traditional way of relying on experienced judgment of risk factors.What is more,the risk of this key factor analysis has become more comprehensive and accurate,targeted.On this basis,a more scientific and reasonable conclusion can be used to determine the degree of importance of various risk factors.It may much more truly and surely to judge the level of risk construction projects and present scientific risk anticipation and to resolve the risks.All that make contributions to the development of targeted risk prevention measures.Thus boost the reform,development and stability harmonization,promote the building of a harmonious society.
