In the context of information age,public participation in the evolution and improvement of advancing with the times,no matter what kind of participation,information is the core of public participation,information behavior is a public participation in the occurrence of a certain behavior,the public participation in specific What type of behavior does the information behavior show,and the way in which the public participation in the process of urbanization or the evolution of the course is tracked.With these problems,this paper focuses on the public participation in the process of urbanization in the process of urbanization in the western region,and selects Sichuan Province as the representative of the western region to analyze with the point.This paper attempts to study the three typical cases of different stages of urbanization in Sichuan Province through field research and data collection,and describes the different development trajectories in the process of urbanization in Sichuan Province.Public participation Corresponding to the different ways of information behavior,as well as in different contexts of the public participation in information behavior patterns of change trajectory.From the actual situation of our country,public participation in the process of urbanization has not yet penetrated deeply,but still has a relatively shallow level,and there is a problem that public participation is insufficient and public participation has been difficult to improve.In the process of urbanization play a role in the limitations.In the face of this dilemma,the government needs to deepen the analysis and research on the mode of public participation and its information behavior in the process of urbanization,explore different modes of information behavior of public participation under different urbanization trajectories,perfect the corresponding development countermeasures,In order to find out some ways to effectively improve public participation in urban governance.This paper divides and studies the information behavior of different public participation in the process of urbanization by reading the relevant literature,combining public choice theory and political equilibrium model,and classifying the public participation in the process of urbanization in Sichuan into three different participation Mode,these three categories are based on different realistic background.The first is thegeneral institutional model represented by the hearing system;the second is the public participation model in the conflict of conflict,which is represented by the Deyang molybdenum and copper event.The third is the urbanization of the metropolitan area represented by Wenjiang Open-interactive forms of participation,in a detailed combing a single case background and specific processes and found that the general institutional participation and proximity in the conflict of public participation is unconscious participation,usually through the information to receive information,interactive information,and The lack of public demand for information behavior and information query behavior;the other hand,open-interactive form of public participation is a public form of participation in the general,will generally complete the behavior of information needs to the last information exchange behavior of a complete transition.This paper constructs the analysis framework and content system of public participation in information behavior mode.Finally,five aspects of public participation in information behavior are summarized.The problems of public participation in urbanization in Sichuan Province are summarized.According to the problem,public participation is raised Of the information behavior of the countermeasures and suggestions.
