At present our country is in rapid development,the contradiction and conflict of the masses is also growing,because of the imperfect legal system and not a lot to resolve the contradiction,in addition to the judicial way,more people choose to appeal to solve the problem,express their aspirations,resolve conflicts through mediation,mediation has become a petition an important way for C hina's basic social contradiction.However,the traditional mode of petition mediation has not been able to meet the needs of the current public,resulting in a large number of contradictions and conflicts of the petition backlog,intensified,affecting the stability and development of society.For this reason,it is an important task to establish a mediation mechanism which can improve the efficiency of the petition mediation work and resolve the contradiction between the primary and secondary petition.In this paper,the literature research method is used to study and discuss the relevant literature.Then through the method of case study to conduct in-depth analysis of the county implemented to solve the basic problem of the “33” petition mediation mediation mechanism,analyzes the diversified dispute settlement mechanisms,summarizes its successful experience and work for reform suggestions at the same time,the analysis of the mechanism in the difficulties encountered in the implementation,provide suggestion for improvement it,so that it can better serve the public.The article is divided into eight parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and the significance of the research.The second part is the implementation of the “33” mediation cases described,to analyze the implementation process,the implementation of major significance,principles,main contents,and analyzes the effect.The third part is the analysis of the background and typicality of the implementation of the “33” mediation mechanism in Renshou County,and discusses the mediation system in our country.The fourth part is the analysis of the main body of the implementation of the “33” mediation mechanism.The fifth part of the article analyzes the promoting mechanism of the implementation of the “33” mediation mechanism.The sixth part is the analysis of the platform for the implementation of the “33” mediation mechanism in Renshou County,and discusses the legal platform,the network platform and the petition platform.The seventh part is mainly to discuss the implementation of the “33” mediation mechanism for the implementation of enlightenment,some experience and effect of implementation are analyzed,and in fact on exposed problems in application were analyzed,and then combined with the actual theory and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The eighth part is the last part of the article,which is the overall summary of the full text.Finally,the paper makes a summary and prospects for the further research of this subject.
