A Research Of The Influencing Factors Of Network Rumors Recognition In Sudden Incident

With the continuous development of the Internet,the increasing number of Internet users promote the network space growing up,that the formation of the Internet-based new public areas,and also become an important part of public management.With the further growth of network information,the outbreak of unexpected events more likely to form rumors.In the process of network rumors control and governance,the behavior of netizen themselves occupies a very important position,thus further forming the netizen to identify rumors and behavior intentions.At the same time the state for the rumors of the punishment has also been related to the provisions of the "Criminal Law Amendment(9)" in the dissemination of false information is clearly defined in recent.But for the effect of governance has not been improved,compared to 2015,the People's Monitoring Network published in the 2016 report that the number of rumors reported increasing.In this paper,we study the influencing factors of the rumors of online rhetoric from the point of view of Internet users' self-behavior and national conditions,and provide scientific basis for scientific and rational formulation of rumor prevention and control strategies.This paper uses the methods of empirical research,comprehensive planning behavior theory,risk perception theory,social capital theory and deterrence theory.SPSS and AMOS are used as the main analytical tools to investigate the influencing factors of network rumors by means of questionnaires,So as to explore the various factors and the interaction between the end,and finally for the development of rumors and prevention strategies to provide feasible recommendations.The structure of this paper is divided into three parts,the first part is the literature and theoretical analysis,based on the analysis of the background of the paper,for the back of the empirical analysis to lay a solid foundation;the second part is the empirical research,The third part is the part of the research application,through the empirical analysis of the conclusions drawn for the development of rumors prevention and control strategies to make reasonable recommendations.The results show that the rumors of online rumors are influenced by many factors,including the attitude of Internet users,risk perception,social capital and the certainty,severity and agility of rumors related laws and regulations,and there is interaction between each factor.Studies have shown that in the process of managing rumors,the government should raise the awareness of rumors about the rumors,so that every netizen is aware of the dangers of rumors,but also improve the network communication mechanism,eliminate network rumors hiding place,and finally improve the rumor related Laws and regulations,making rumors laws and regulations enjoys popular support,which to improve the quality of our users and build a good network space environment,enhance the level of government public management has great theoretical and practical significance.
