Judge Training System In China Ince The Reform And Opening-up

With the advancement of our country under the rule of law process,the people's court in the implementation of the rule of law,basic strategy for the construction socialism country under the rule of law,an increasingly important role in the position and the importance of the judges' occupation quality is gradually recognized by the whole society.As a special professional group,judges are directly involved in the judicial practice in our country on the line and play an important role in promoting the reform of judicial system in our country.Judge training in our country is an effective way to improve the quality of judges,to ensure the quality of trial so as to achieve judicial justice.Therefore,it is necessary for us to strengthen current training system in-depth study of the judge.Through reform and perfect,establish judicial justice as the core,through the construction of professional direction,in order to enhance judicial ability,improve the judicial level,with emphasis on the training mechanism,to create high-quality judges to provide system guarantee.In this paper,the content is divided into six parts by the author.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly discussed from the research background and significance,research status and research methods.The second chapter is related to the theory of judge training system in our country,including the concept,theoretical basis and realistic significance of training system.The third chapter reviews the judge training system in our country since the reform and opening up,and based on this,the development direction and prospect of our country's judge training system;The fourth chapter studies the present situation and main problems of judge training in our country.Through the analysis of the current situation and the main problems,to perfect the construction of the training system and lay the good foundation The fifth chapter introduces the training system of judges in western countries,through the comparative analysis to find out some common ideas and build a new lesson on judge training system in our country.The sixth chapter from the background of the current reform of the judicial system,combined with the present situation of judge training system in our country and the successful experience of western countries' judge training system,and put forward some suggestions and measures of perfecting our country's judge training system.
