A Research On Social Governance In Hollow Village

With the rapid development of China's economy,the long-term dual structure of urban and rural areas,the rapid development of urban economy and the slow development of rural areas,the gap between urban and rural development gradually widened.Under the background of this development,part of the rural surplus labors choose to leave their hometown,from the rural into the city,from the agricultural into production or other industrial workers.In this way,the rural resident population is decreasing and the rural area is becoming more and more hollow.These have seriously restricted the long-term development of our country's rural economy.It has also become an important obstacle to promote the integration of urban and rural areas.Therefore,we must explore an effective governance to solve it.Based on the field investigation of village C,this paper analyzes the present situation of village governance and the dilemma of governance.This paper tries to find out the reasons why the hollowed villages are facing these dilemmas,mainly from the four aspects of economy,institution,culture and society.This paper analyzes the series of influences and consequences of the hollowing out to the rural grass-roots social governance.This paper combines with its actual situation,and learns from other domestic hollow village renovation,and explores from the "state-market-society" part of view.This paper tries to explore a suitable society governance path for the type of "leave land and leave countryside",to promote the integration of urban and rural development.
