Practice On The Establishment Of The Overall Well-off Society In Inner Mongolia

The ‘well-off society' theory of the Communist Party of China is based on the Marxist theory,traditional Chinese culture and national situation of China.The concept of ‘well-off society' originated in ancient China,which is an ancient ‘Chinese' topic.To achieve the ‘well-off society' has been a‘dream' and longing for Chinese over thousands of years.Although the well-off society has not been achieved,Chinese people have never stopped the pursuit.People expect to establish a well-off society which can be inherited by the future generations as a social ideal.It takes a long period of time to make well-off society come into reality.The idea of well-off society initiated in the slave society,formed and developed in feudal society and significantly improved under socialist system.However,the well-off society concept nowadays is different from the one in ancient times.In ancient China,due to the limited social productivity and other historical factors,well-off society concept meant more of an ideal and unpractical dream,part of which can not be achieved even under currently situation.People were more concerned of a primary well-off living,such as sufficient food and a rather steady social environment.Nevertheless,well-off society established under the new socialist system involves in every aspect,every area around China.It benefits every individual that lives in China.The Communist Party of China is leading people of all ethnics to achieve an overall well-off society.Meanwhile,innovations under the new era gives the overall well-off society a complete new meaning.During the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,higher standards are made for the establishment of overall well-off society.It describes the blueprint of China achieving overall well-off society.We have accessed to the most crucial phase for the final goal.Followed by theleadership of the Communist Party,Inner Mongolia positively implement the establishment project and have achieved certain results.At the same time,we are facing challenges as well.As the implementation continues,the related researches are getting deepen.Based on researches of the predecessors,the author provides a holistic research on the establishment of well-off society in Inner Mongolia.This essay is consisted of five parts.In the Introduction,it explains the meaning of the research and shows the current research situation and methodology home and abroad regarding to the establishment of well-off society in Inner Mongolia.In the first chapter,the author illustrates the theoretical origin of well-off society from the aspects of traditional Chinese culture and Marxism.It also shows the process of well-off society theory deepens and improves in accordance with important congresses of the Communist Party.In the three parts of the second chapter,the author first analyzes the current situation of well-off society establishment in Inner Mongolia from 2000,through economy,legal system,culture,living and resource environment.Secondly,based on the data,the author compares the well-off society establishment in Inner Mongolia to the whole country.Furthermore,the author predicts the achievement of overall well-off society establishment in Inner Mongolia according to the comprehensive progress.In the third chapter,based on the data on economy,legal system,culture,living and resource environment,the author explains the deficiencies exposed during the establishment process in Inner Mongolia.In the forth chapter,combined with the regional situation and development features,some suggestive approaches are made to improve the overall well-off society establishment in Inner Mongolia through economy,legal system,culture,living and resource environment.
