Through the professional guarantee system in-depth research to the judge, we can find more problems in judges' job security in China, and the security is weak. Throughout the world's practice of building the rule of law, judges' work take the independence of setting up the foundation of judicial justice and judicial authority, and judges' independence of the rite is dependent on a solid and effective professional guarantee system for them.In this article, the author, from a view of a grass-roots court judge, in reference to relevant theory, on the basis of research results, to discusses the basic connotation and the practical significance of job security; Interpretation of the current our country judge professional guarantee of six aspects, namely the professional pressure,inadequate protection of the power, insufficient economic security , lack of identity protection, absence of privilege protection and security, a situation such as the judge professional guarantee in China with foreign rationally compare analysis, strive to based on the national conditions of our country actual, and to draw lessons from foreign experience, to comprehensively deepen reform, multi-stakeholder structure under the background of major changes, on the job security of the judge in our country put forward the ideas and thoughts, some of the occasion to promote various reform measures, especially "categories" and roots "judicial responsibility system" solid foundation, in the end for the perfection of the socialist legal system, scientific and effective running of the judicial power and the establishment of judicial authority to make a positive contribution.
