Study On The Reform Of Administrative Examination And Approval System In Taishan District

District government is the administrative units with the people,the implementation of the policy of the higher authorities and the arrangements for the work of the lower government departments are placed in front of the district government important task.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the reality and the search data,this paper chooses the government administrative examination and approval in Taishan district as the research object.The reform of the administrative examination and approval system is an important part of building a service-oriented government,in recent years,Taishan district government has taken many measures to reform the administrative examination and approval,the reform has achieved some success,but the reform is not enough,there are many problems in the reform.Hope that through this study can be pointed out that the Taishan district administrative examination and approval system reform in the existing problems,and put forward some feasible measures for it.Taishan district administrative examination and approval by many subjective and objective conditions of the restrictions,such as the administrative examination and approval of the laws and regulations are not perfect,the reform continues to deepen the difficulties and so on.Many reforms in the Taishan District,there are many problems,a few of the more prominent are:resistance to the reform;reform is not balanced;the number of administrative approval too much;service hall and platform construction is slow;the administrative examination and approval work is not standardized,lack of supervision.These problems affect the efficiency of Taishan district reform,is not conducive to the deepening of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system.The reform of the administrative examination and approval can effectively improve the administrative efficiency and provide the people with a higher quality of public service.This paper expounds the current administrative examination and approval system of some countries and analyzes some of the administrative examination and approval of the government in China,and summarizes some experiences and lessons.And some research methods are combined with the specific practice in Taishan area.Taking Taishan district as an example,the present situation of administrative examination and approval system as well as the measures for the reform of administrative examination and approval system are analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward.Mainly the implementation of standardized government services;construction of standardized electronic platform to strengthen the matter in the post regulation,etc.
