A Comparative Study About The New Constitution Of The Communist Party From Three European Countries

In today's world,although the number of the socialist countries is scarce,the organizations of each Communist Party are still firm in its own philosophy and insist on the constitution of the party with its own characteristics,in addition,they also make contribution to the success socialism in accordance with the Party Constitution.The Russian Communist Party,the French Communist Party and the Portuguese Communist Party are all very active communist organizations on this fertile land of Europe.After undergoing the violent change of Soviet Union and Eastern Europe,the three party did not give up the name of the Communist Party,but continue to innovate and develop Marxism in upstream,They has played a positive and active role in their own political arena.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of the three countries' Communist Party and the historical evolution of the Communist Party Constitution,making the development of the Communist Party of the three countries is more clear.Regarding the specific content of the three parties' constitutions as the starting point,the second chapter,the third chapter and the fourth chapter mainly compare the similarities and differences between the Party Constitution of three Communist Party.Based on the previous chapters,the fifth chapter analyzes the reasons for these similarities and differences between the contents of three Communist Party Constitutions and the enlightenment.The Communist Party of the three countries,as the Communist Party of capitalist countries,are subject to capitalist oppression,combined with international and all aspects of the party's influence,they make different responses and different decisions,so that they have different constitutions with their own characteristics.In any case,the three parties are indispensable forces of socialism,their ideas will inevitably have an impact on the Communist Party of the capitalist countries and have an important inspiration to the ideology building of the Capitalist communist party.In addition,although the Chinese Communist Party is the largest communist party in the world,the three parties' thoughts of party building are also play a great role in the development of the CCP.Through comparative analysis,we can concluded that the development path ofevery party and the understanding of communism of Communist Parties are slightly different and even distinctive with the same goal of promoting the majority of people to live a happy life,.In view of this kind of difference,we should give a positive attitude,after all,different countries facing different situations.we should also respect the differences between countries and certain its innovation in the context of recognizing their common ground.At the same time,studying the constitutions of the Communist Party in every country,especially the capitalist countries',is helpful to understand the development of the Communist Party in developed countries,which can strengthen the countries communication of the Communist Party and even promote the further development of the socialism.
